Returns & refunds

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 4 days of receiving it (or picking it up) without giving a reason. Email orders@urbansolesco.com with your order reference and a clear statement that you are cancelling.

Return conditions

• The item was received within the last 4 days.
• The item is in its original packaging.
• Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are final, except where the law says otherwise.
• Items made to your specifications or personalized, and items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, are not eligible.

We may refuse a return that does not meet these conditions.

Sending a return

Contact us first so we can confirm your return. Returns are received at our store location: Kickfly, Ave. Domenech, San Juan, Puerto Rico. You can drop the item off there or ship it. The cost and risk of returning the item are yours, so we recommend an insured, trackable service. We can’t refund without receiving the item or proof that the return was delivered.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued within 4 days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method, at no charge to you.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Otherwise, the refund goes to the person who placed the order.
