Information used for your order

Checkout collects your name, email, phone number, selected items, and delivery details. We use this information to process payment, arrange fulfillment, and respond to order questions.

Payments and fulfillment

Stripe processes payments on its hosted checkout. Card details are entered with Stripe and are not stored by this storefront. Order and delivery information is shared with Kickfly, our fulfillment partner, to prepare and deliver your purchase or coordinate pickup.

Browser storage and service logs

Your cart is saved in this browser’s local storage so it remains available when you return. You can remove it by clearing the cart or your browser’s site data. The hosting and payment services may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service.

Privacy questions

For questions about your information or to request a correction or deletion, email orders@urbansolesco.com. Some transaction information may need to be retained for accounting, payment disputes, or legal obligations.
